They take free photos of visitors, which the visitors can later view and purchase digitally. This way, everyone can continue to enjoy memories of beautiful moments!

To grow the Snapio Community, we are recruiting photographers worldwide: hobby photographers who want to take photos on a commission basis and students who want to work for Snapio on an hourly basis. Besides being a fun source of income, we also want to provide our photographers with a place where they can talk about their passion, share experiences, and inspire and motivate each other to take even more beautiful photos. Fun. Togetherness. Sharing successes. That's what it's all about at Snapio.

What will you be doing?

As a Management Assistant, you will handle all practical and operational matters for our photographers. You are responsible for planning and communication: you ensure that all photographers know where and when they can work and that they actually do so. With your organizational talent, you are the person who:

  • Plans, prepares, and coordinates training sessions.

  • Adds new photographers to our scheduling system and grants them access to Snapio tools.

  • Records and monitors agreements with photographers regarding their assignments, hours, and compensation.

  • Weekly updates the available locations in our system and schedules photographers.

  • Checks if they have worked according to the schedule.

  • Maintains regular contact with them to evaluate their performance.

  • Contributes and assists with various other communication tasks.

  • Promotes the Snapio Community Culture.

You have a lot of freedom in setting up and expanding your role. It requires that you actively contribute and be versatile, especially in the initial phase.

Who are you?

As a social person, you want one thing: to work with and for people. You have a strong sense of culture and how to build relationships. Working in a structured, organized manner? You excel in that! Furthermore, if you are practical, proactive, and can get things done with just a few words, then the role of Management Assistant / Virtual Assistant is perfect for you.

Especially if you also have:

  • HBO-level education.

  • Experience as a management assistant, virtual assistant, or planning & coordination employee.

  • A desire to further develop your skills in a challenging role at a startup.

  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both speaking and writing.

  • Interest in growth and culture (startup or scale-up experience is a plus).

  • A strong sense of self-discipline and ambition.

What do you get in return?

Working at Snapio means a lot of personal responsibility and independence. But it also means a lot of freedom to identify opportunities for ourselves and our photographers. In short: actively contribute to our rapidly growing company. As a Management Assistant / Virtual Assistant, you become part of our startup team. This means a lot of pioneering and taking initiative, but we also reward you with a pleasant compensation. Standard conditions? We don't do that. If we have a conversation with you, we'll be happy to make a customized offer for you based on what we can offer.

Can you see yourself as the spider in the web for our photographers? Send your application and CV to patrick@snapio.com and tell us why you are the ideal candidate for the position of Management Assistant / Virtual Assistant. If we see any opportunities, we will invite you for an online introduction.
