Where are you going to work?

Snapio is a rapidly growing startup: a global platform with a community of photographers in unique locations. Think of popular landmarks, hotels, or amusement parks. They take free photos of visitors, which the visitors can later view and purchase digitally. This way, everyone can continue to enjoy memories of beautiful moments!

We work hard to make the Snapio Community a place where photographers can talk about their passion, share experiences, and inspire and motivate each other to take even more beautiful photos. Fun. Togetherness. Sharing successes. That's what it's all about.

What will you be doing?

As the Head of the Snapio Community, you play a crucial role in the growth of our organization. You are responsible for recruiting, training, and managing relationships with our photographers. Together with them, you create a vibrant community full of active photographers who share a passion for photography and feel connected to the Snapio brand. As their primary point of contact, you are the person who:

  • Manages the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new photographers.

  • Provides a positive candidate experience, regardless of the outcome.

  • Builds and maintains a close relationship with the photographers.

  • Creates and manages the photographers' schedules at various locations.

  • Builds and maintains the Snapio Community.

  • Promotes the Snapio Community Culture.

  • Organizes meet-ups, challenges, and other exciting events, both online and offline.

  • Builds a scalable and flexible team of photographers.

Because the Snapio Community is still in its infancy, you have a lot of freedom in shaping it. However, it also requires you to roll up your sleeves and help build, especially in the initial phase. The goal is to set up everything in a way that allows you to quickly build your own team and scale the concept.

Who are you?

As a social person, you want one thing: to work with and for people. You have a strong sense of culture and how to build relationships. Coming up with unique solutions? You're brimming with creative ideas! Are you practical and good at designing, setting up, and managing processes? Then the role of Head of Culture & Community is definitely for you.

Especially if you also have:

  • HBO-level education.

  • Preferably at least 2 years of experience in HR/Community building.

  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both speaking and writing.

  • Interest in growth and culture (startup or scale-up experience is a plus).

  • A good dose of self-discipline and ambition.

  • The ability to get things done and motivate people with your positive and proactive attitude.

  • Seeking a role where you can have 'skin in the game.'

What do you get in return?

Working at Snapio means a lot of responsibility and independence. But also a lot of freedom to identify opportunities for ourselves and our photographers. In short: helping to build our rapidly growing brand. As the Head of Culture & Community, you become part of our Founders' team. This means a lot of pioneering and taking initiative, but we also reward you with a competitive salary and a stake in Snapio. Standard conditions? We don't do that. If we have a conversation with you, we'll be happy to make a customized offer for you based on what we can offer.

Can't wait to roll up your sleeves? Email your application and CV to patrick@snapio.com and tell us why you are the ideal candidate for the Head of Culture & Community position. If we see any opportunities, we will invite you for an online introduction.
