Snapio is a rapidly growing startup: a global platform with a community of photographers in unique locations. Think of popular landmarks, hotels, or amusement parks. They take free photos of visitors, who can later view and purchase the photos digitally. This way, everyone can cherish memories of beautiful moments for a long time!

What will your workday look like?

As a Recruiter / Community Manager, you play a crucial role in the growth of our organization. You are jointly responsible for recruiting and selecting our photographers, mainly students.

  • You are actively involved in the recruitment of potential photographers, primarily students.

  • You review applications coming in through our campaigns and the City Manager and invite these candidates for an interview.

  • You conduct interviews with candidates and promptly inform them if they can start at Snapio.

  • You contribute to the onboarding and training of photographers.

  • You embody the Snapio Community Culture.

  • You assist in organizing meet-ups, challenges, and other amazing events - both online and offline.

In fulfilling these tasks, you have a lot of freedom, but it also requires you to roll up your sleeves and actively contribute to building.

"The best thing about this job? That you get to speak with people from so many different nationalities and really get to know them. And of course, that you help them find the coolest part-time job!"

Who are you?

As an extremely social person, you thrive on a lot of contact with people. You are a true relationship builder, and you work in a structured and persistent manner to bring in new photographers. Furthermore, you have plenty of creative ideas for a vibrant community. It's great if you also have an affinity for photography.

  • This position of Recruiter / Community Manager is definitely for you if you also have:

  • HBO-level education and thinking.

  • Experience in managing people, for example, in the hospitality industry or leading a rowing team.

  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

  • Interest in growth and culture (startup or scale-up experience is a plus).

  • A considerable amount of self-discipline and ambition.

  • The ability to get things done and persuade people through your enthusiastic and convincing attitude.

  • Are looking for a position where you can combine independence and team spirit.

What do we offer you?

Working at Snapio means a lot of personal responsibility and independence. But also, the freedom to identify opportunities for us and our photographers. In short: building our rapidly growing brand. This means a lot of pioneering and taking the initiative to meet your targets. In return, you will receive a pleasant reward. Standard conditions? We don't do that. If we engage in a conversation with you, we would like to tailor an offer based on what we can provide you.

"A lot of freedom to take control, make independent decisions. But also, a friendly team that supports you, helps you, and challenges you. That's working at Snapio."
